10 Best UK Craft & DIY Blogs

Have you ever thought of getting more creative and trying out some new crafts? I always loved crocheting, indoor gardening and hand lettering but thanks to online resources I started needle felting a few years ago, and have never stopped since. Crafting allows me to relax and spend quality time with my girls at the same time. Maybe inspiration ideas from some of the best UK craft & DIY blogs will also help you to discover your new hobby. Below you can find a list of my recent favourites to get you started…

Kate’s Crafts on Sea is loaded with children’s craft ideas and outdoor activities straight from picturesque Cornwall coast. You will also find on her blog useful DIY decor tips.

Based in Exeter – Jess is vegan homeschooling mum of two and also a parenting blogger at Along Came Cherry. If you are looking for cute crochet tutorials or some cardboard crafts for kids that is the place to go.

Mum in The Mad House serves mixture of children’s crafts, parenting and cooking with kids ideas. Jen is a mum to two boys and blogs from North Yorkshire.

This award winning blog is the best place to visit for quick children’s craft and activities ideas for any occasion. Red Ted Art is run by Maggy – half Austrian half Spanish Londoner and mum to Red Ted and Pip Squeak.

  1. I follow Red Ted Art and Mum in the Madhouse as well as Garden Tea, Cakes and Me. Will check out the others. I have been telling my son he needs to start an art blog as he is very creative and is a brilliant artist
